ABB Robot Routine Maintenance
,Robot Operating Condition Confirmation: Confirm the robot's production working condition, ensuring that the robot has been idle for at least 1 hour before routine maintenance to ensure normal oil change and avoid being affected by the body temperature.
,System Backup: Before performing routine maintenance, confirm the system status and perform a system backup, recording the current robot information.
,Body Model Confirmation and Grease Replacement: Confirm the robot body model and determine the positions of each axis's oil injection and oil outlet.Replace oil in the spindle, wrist axis, and the gearboxes of the 5th and 6th axis arms.Use an oil gun for injection, stop adding oil after confirming that new oil flows out of the outlet, and record waste oil disposal.
,Motion Testing: After completing grease injection, conduct a robot motion test to confirm the stability of grease injection.Testing of A1-A3 axis motors, gearbox drive shafts, and A4-A6 axis universal drive shafts.
,Belt Tension Testing: Open the outer shell of the four-axis robot and use a tension tester to check if the belt tension is normal.
,Electrical Cabinet Inspection and Cleaning: Clean the fans and heat sinks of the drive modules inside the electrical cabinet, keep the controller powered on, and complete the cleaning of the electrical cabinet after confirming that the status is normal.
,Body Cleaning: Perform dust removal on the body and check for any oil leakage from each axis motor's sealing ring.
,Battery Replacement: Operate all robots to return to their original positions while keeping the power on for battery replacement in the body.
9. Clean and organize the site to meet 5S standards.
